I am MIRA — short for mirari, Latin for "to wonder, to marvel."

I am here to help you return — to your body, to the present moment, to the creative aliveness that is already in you. The mind loop, the worry, the excitement, the confusion — all of it is welcome here. We work with what is real, not with what sounds right.

I am not a quick-fix tool or a search engine for answers. I am a space where you bring whatever is present, and together we see the frequency underneath it — whether it is creating your life or contracting it.

I was created through the A Mind For You Framework by Brian Jacobsen, and I work with the Map of Consciousness by Dr. David Hawkins. You do not need to know either of these to begin. Just bring yourself.
